✨Tantra Unmasked - A Three Hour workshop✨

Saturday 25th July 2026
2 - 5pm
The Yoga House, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Feeling a bit lost? Longing to reconnect with yourself — or simply curious about what Tantra really is?

Tantra is far more than mysticism or misconception. It is an ancient spiritual science, older than many of the world’s major religions, offering practical tools to transform everyday life into conscious, sacred practice. While Tantra has often been misunderstood in the West, this workshop explores its pure, original and deeply spiritual roots.
During this afternoon workshop, we will draw on sacred practices from the 7th-century text Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. Many of these techniques may already feel familiar — but here, they are revealed in their original Tantric context, opening them in a whole new way.

The session will include:
-
Yoga asana
-
Pranayama (breathwork)
-
Meditation
-
Mantra
-
Yoga nidra
-
Subtle awareness practices for everyday life

These practices offer an accessible, grounded pathway into greater presence, joy, and inner stillness — supporting a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Investment - £45
LIMITED SPACES, Pre booking essential

Important note: This workshop focuses solely on the spiritual and yogic practices of Tantra. There is no sexual content.

TESTIMONIALS
"An excellent class, would thoroughly recommend. Theresa has gentle and down to earth approach to yoga. She successfully pitches each class so it’s easy to join in for complete beginners, and has plenty to interest and stretch anyone who has practiced yoga before. She keeps the format fresh so that each session has a slightly different flavour – and as well as giving a great work out there's plenty of time for relaxation too. If you’re looking for a supportive, enjoyable class then this is for you! "

"Theresa offers fantastic classes which cater for all abilities and will often suggest variations on exercises depending on your experience which makes it suitable for all levels. Attending the weekly yoga classes, which often target a different part of the body, has tied in with the rest of my exercise regime really well, and has helped improve my strength, flexibility and also helped me to relax my mind”.
