Passionate about sharing her love of yoga, travel, and other cultures, she’s explored over 35 countries and recently solo-travelled across the world, inspiring others to embrace new perspectives and experiences. Theresa has spent a year (in total) living in India, and she is passionate about sharing its culture and wisdom.

Deborah, Event Manager
Deborah first travelled to India in 1986 and totally fell in love with the country. She’s travelled all over the world through planning events and escorting groups on different continents but her heart is always drawn back to this fascinating country with its rich cultural and spiritual heritage, the diverse landscapes, wonderful people, colours, food and the constant sensory overload. She has been practising yoga for over 25 years but cites the most magical experience in MacLeod Ganj doing early morning sun salutations as the sun rose over the snow-capped mountains with black eagles flying past at eye level. She has travelled with Theresa on a number of occasions and enjoyed the same North India retreat that you will experience in 2025, she is looking forward to sharing this 2027 journey with you.

TESTIMONIALS
VIKTORIA:

This trip was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe. The itinerary was well-planned, with clear communication before and throughout the trip. I made amazing memories and friends. Theresa and Beccy are kind, fun, and take such great care of you. I highly recommend this trip to anyone!
JANET:

The North India retreat introduced me to places I would have never explored without Theresa and Beccy. I witnessed amazing sights, ceremonies, and sounds. The retreat truly shifted my perspective on life. It was so much more than I expected in the best possible way.
ALI:
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the North India yoga retreat with Theresa and Beccy. The tour was thoughtfully curated to ensure a perfect mix of yoga, meditation, sightseeing, and cultural experiences. With optional activities tailored to our energy levels, incredible food, and insights into local traditions, I always felt safe and heard. The program was flexible, adapting to our needs, especially when some of us needed a break. The short hikes to temples and the peaceful countryside were a highlight—such a beautiful contrast to the cities.
ZSUSZA:

You ladies are like the third eye. Your passion and energy were palpable, making the trip exceptional.
JACKY:

Having never done a group trip or been to India, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The trip was well-organized, with plenty to see and do. You need an open mind to embrace everything. You don’t have to be a yoga expert—Theresa’s approach is flexible and works for all levels. The sightseeing was incredible. In just two weeks, I felt like I got a real taste of India. It’s busy, noisy, and overwhelming at times, but fascinating. The temples and rituals were endless, and the passion of the Indian people is infectious. There are plenty of moments to pause and reflect. We traveled by minibus from city to city—long journeys that offered a great way to see the country. It might not be for everyone, but I felt safe throughout. Things may not always go as planned in India, but there’s always a solution. I highly recommend the trip.
