The Chakra series

For seven weeks, starting Thursday 18th July 2024

 6.30pm - 7.30pm 


If you are feeling a bit stuck, a bit tired, feeling unmotivated, lacking in joy and a sense of fun, or you feel anxious or depressed. Or maybe you are unable to speak your mind, or you feel you lack inner wisdom and intuition then this is the yoga course for you.  

Join me for a special seven week yoga course unblocking the power of the chakras.

The chakras are the energy centres of the body. They govern how we show up in the world, so working with the chakras can be a very powerful practice. 


In the seven week series, each week we will focus on a different chakra. Using yoga practices and a special meditation for each chakra, we will open the energetic body allowing us to live to our fullest potential.


No previous experience is required, the yoga will be adaptable and suitable for all levels. 


The course will start on Thursday 18th July and run for seven consecutive weeks until the end of August. 


You can join in person or online live, or catch up with the recordings. Everyone attending will have lifetime access to the recordings.
