Broadcast live via Zoom, all classes will be recorded, edited and uploaded to a private you tube channel. All participants will receive lifetime access to the recordings.

As the days get shorter and colder, it can be a special time to tap into the feminine lunar energy that is so strong around the time of the full moon. 

 

For the last quarter of 2024, once a month on a Saturday morning we will meet online to dive into yogic practices to support the energy of the full moon of that month. We start in October with the biggest superman of 2024 in Ashwini offering us the opportunity to consider seva (service to others) prosperity and good fortune!

Taking inspiration from Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) and working with goddess energies from the Tantra tradition, I will be offering a full spectrum class encompassing yoga asana, breath work, mantra and meditation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Everyone is welcome.

Just £45 for the series of three classes.
