ONE TO ONE CLASSES

If getting to a class in ‘normal’ hours is not available to you or perhaps you are living with a condition or injuries that you feel would not be easily accommodated in a group class, then maybe a one to one class is for you.

How does it work?

We can work with any aspect of yoga that interests you – yoga asana, pranayama (breath work) or meditation or a mixture of all three! Or maybe with your yoga practice you want to work on a specific area like your backbends, flexibility, strength, hips, shoulders, core or balance. Whatever it is in a one to one class you can focus on the areas you need much more effectively than you can in a group class.

Working with a teacher one to one gives you a fantastic opportunity for personal targeted support and guided growth and progression.

In person one to one 60 min classes cost £60 as a one off or £50 per class if you advance book a series of at least 5 classes in block. These are in the Tunbridge Wells area only, if more travel is involved I can quote you an individual price.

Currently all classes are currently being delivered via Zoom, cost for an online 60 minutes one to one class is £50 or £45 if you advance book a series of at least 5 classes in block.
