Join Theresa and Pernilla for a soulful yoga experience, celebrating Dharma Day and the full moon in July. We will enjoy a holistic wellness day together, including yoga, pranayama, meditation, journaling and chanting. Rejuvenate your mind, body and soul with this online retreat from the comfort of your home.

Dharma Day is celebrated on the full moon day of July, marking the beginnings of the teachings of the Buddha. The Buddha taught out of compassion for the world, for the welfare and happiness of all beings. This is a day to express gratitude that the Buddha and other enlightened teachers have shared their knowledge with others and a day to reflect on our own soul journey.

Being authentic and speaking your truth is the path to happiness, peace, and joy.

10.15 – 11.45        Morning Yoga Flow (Theresa)

11.45 – 14.30       Lunch break

14.30 – 15.00     Journaling (Pernilla)

15.15 – 16.45       Yin Yoga (Pernilla)

17.00 – 17.30      Closing Circle
