Yoga and Bake Me Happy!

Saturday 2nd July 2022

10am - 5pm
Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Join Theresa & Joy for a fun day of yoga and baking.

The day will start in the URC Hall in Rusthall with a sweet treat, tea and

coffee before a 2 hour yoga class (encompassing the full range of yoga practices - pranayama (breathwork), asana, meditation and mantra.

We will use these ancient yogic practices to cultivate a sense of joy and gratitude in our souls, setting us up for a wonderful day ahead.

We will then head to Daily Bread, an award winning local restaurant (which is almost opposite the hall) for a vegetarian lunch, then we will walk a few minutes to Joy's home teaching kitchen.

Over the course of the  3 hour afternoon session we will make 3 fresh breads from scratch - Italian Focaccia, Seeded Rolls, Spelt & Oat Soda bread.

Taught in Joy from 'Bake me Happy' home teaching kitchen, the afternoon will be relaxed and informal, while being packed full of useful hints and tips to improve your kitchen confidence.

The baking session is taught in a practical, hands-on way. They are suitable for complete novices as well as competent home cooks wanting fresh inspiration.

You’ll enjoy teas, coffees and some delicious food while learning new techniques and skills. And at the end of the session you will take home what you have made.

We have space for a maximum of 8 people.
