YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT

At AYLESFORD PRIORY, Nr Maidstone, Kent

 

Experience the power of this ancient site of pilgrimage and allow yourself this gift of a weekend to unplug and reconnect with yourself.


Take time out to enjoy yoga practices to balance the three doshas: vata, pitta and kapha (an opportunity to learn about Ayurveda and the three doshas is also included), with meditation, pranayama, and a pottery class all included!

Arrive from Friday night at 4pm - Finish at 4pm on Sunday.
The retreat weekend will have a maximum of 12 participants.


The cost includes simple clean accommodation on site, three yoga classes, two bedtime meditation/sound healing sessions, and two (optional!) early morning pranayama/meditation classes. Bonus activity included - group pottery class at Aylesford School of Ceramics.


All food is included; we will be dining in the ancient Pilgrims Hall on a private table and we will enjoy supper together on Friday night, breakfast, 3 course lunch, tea and cakes and supper on Saturday, then breakfast and a three-course lunch on Sunday.

Please note - all the rooms share bathrooms there are no private facilities, but all rooms have basins, towels and toiletries provided.
