Join me for a live online two hour workshop (via Zoom) where we will be exploring the purpose of including pranayama (breathing practices) into our yoga practice and everyday life. Find out how managing your breath can be key to your physical and emotional wellbeing. In the workshop we will practice some pranayama exercises before moving into examining how to use the breath to support our yoga asana (posture) practice.
