Step onto the mat for a transformative Yin-Yang Hatha & Yin Yoga session, guided by the cosmic alignment of the Moon and Jupiter.

You will:

  • Move through Yin poses to soften, surrender, and release

  • Flow with Yang Hatha sequences to energize and strengthen

  • Practice breathwork to harmonize mind and body

  • Conclude with a short guided meditation on the Moon, connecting your awareness to its calming, reflective energy
