When booking a workshop or yoga day, we will only offer a full refund (less a 10% admin fee) when cancelling more than 28 days before the beginning of the event. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). If the workshop or yoga day is cancelled the ticket holders will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event.
COVID - Please do not attend the day retreat if you have tested postive for covid, are awaiting test results or needing to self isolate. If appropriate please take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the retreat day in the case of this eventually.
