With Valentine's Day just around the corner, this is the perfect time to focus on self awareness, self esteem and self care.

 

Our relationship with ourself is the most important relationship for good mental health. From this we can build healthy relationships with others, we can handle stress and setbacks and manage our emotions more skilfully. 

Often we overlook this key relationship in our busy lives.

 

Join me on the 9th February for a special one off class to remind you how amazing you are! 

The full spectrum class will include gentle yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), mantra, meditation and journalling.
