A happy afternoon of  yoga, hiking, picnic and meditation

Rusthall, Near Tunbridge Wells

12pm - 3pm/3.30pm

With thanks to Tunbridge Wells Commons Conservators, I have been granted permission to run a yoga event at this special site.

Join me at 12pm at Rusthall's Happy Valley for a picnic and group meditation on these ancient rocks. We will then enjoy a hike through Happy Valley and explore some of the amazing history and grounding energy of the other rocks in the area. This site of special scientific interest has many highlights and we will explore some of them before retreating to a beautiful (and quiet) meadow in the middle of the common for a 30 minute yoga class. 

Please bring your own picnic!


COST - £25 Per Person

I will donate £5 per person to the Tunbridge Wells Commons Conservators so they can preserve this beautiful space for future generations.

This event will go ahead unless the weather is really terrible so please bear that in mind when booking!

Join your fellow yogi sisters once a month on the Sunday closest to the full moon to fully embrace the feminine energy of the moon and enjoy the company of other likeminded women.


Theresa and Pernilla will guide you through yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra and chanting, we will each have the opportunity to select a goddess oracle card and an opportunity to journal and share (if you want to).

Theresa and Pernilla will be offering this monthly for free but would encourage you if you are able to donate to support

refugee women in the UK.
