Spring detox Yoga and Ayurveda cook-along

Spring is a wonderful time to reset the body and mind and as we slowly move out of lockdown restrictions there has never been a better time to shift the stagnant energy of winter and all the restrictions we have been living under.

Join me on the 27th March for a detox focused fun yoga and food morning.

We will start with a 90 minutes yoga practice, in addition to yoga asana (poses) we will also explore pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to not only detox the body but the mind (and subtle body).

We will then all move to our kitchens and I will guide you through cooking a healthy Ayurveda inspired lunch. When we finish at around 1pm you will have a beautiful lunch you can enjoy to kickstart your spring detox.

Recipes will be provided 7 days in advance so you have time to prep your ingredients so please book no later than the 20th March.

NB Please note I am a yoga and meditation teacher not a nutritionist or chef. I will be sharing some of the wisdom I have learnt from an Ayurvedic cooking course I attended and information I have gained from other readings and my own experiments in the kitchen! I remain an enthusiastic amateur!
